      It sure is such a good thing that we provide funding for the sciences in order to continue researching cures for the… what’s that you say? We FA and now we’re about to FO? That does not sound very fun, like at all

        I did find this article when I was looking up to see whether anything was being done, and it does offer some hope.

        Thus, governments are starting to act and there is much to be optimistic about, not least the fact that most of the NP antibiotics that have been discovered come from a small fraction of the microbes on Earth. With suitable global action, this should lead to a renewed antibiotic pipeline to combat AMR alongside other emergent technologies, such as vaccines, antibody-antibiotic conjugates, probiotics, phage therapy and rapid diagnostics
