    You should always have your own copy of any contract. Don’t rely on the other party to keep one for you.

      Well doesnt this mean this person can stop making payments and keep the panelssince there’s no contract dictating that they keep paying on the lease?

        It is Latin, it comes from a text by Cicero. However the text is not entirely correct, I guess it accumulated errors along the way.
