I agree with everything El-Sayed is saying with exception to getting rid of data centers. The first data center, in the USA, was built in 1946 and they will continue to be part of the infrastructure.

If by data center, you mean library, then yeah we should keep those.
I think it’s reasonable to interpret the statement as referring to a very particular type of data center.
