I always liked how Riker was clearly uncomfortable with the whole thing and only agreed to argue against data under threat of data losing any and all rights

I always felt like frakes showed enough emotion that it was known it bothered Riker, didn’t go overly dramatic with it.

Honestly I don’t think I could argue such a position given I don’t believe it, and I would defend with my life preventing anyone from making such summary judgements as a result.

In other words, “fuck this trial, you’re taking data over my dead body”
