I saw it about 20 years ago on tv. I can’t remember much, but I was fascinated by the variety of tofus. The smoked one was made to preserve the tofu so it could be taken on journeys. And tofu skin looks like it sounds.
I’d say tofu is almost as strange as food gets.

I saw a documentary once, it went through all the different types of tofu, showed how they were made and all. From soft tofu to smoked and tofu skin.
It has many different varieties and uses. Yes like paneer, but also like cheddar, mozzarella and pastry.
Could you say which one it is or link it? Or is it just “tofu documentary”?
