Top gears Reliant Robin episode
A mention that the Robin used in the Top Gear episode was modified specifically so that it would tip over: the production added weights to the sides, installed different sized tires to create imbalance, and modified the differential to make it flip more easily.
The stability thing is entirely made up by that single top gear episode.
It was still petty a funny episode.
