I only had one encounter with Be My Eyes of someone trying to classify their comic book collection by the year printed on the cover which was too small for them to read. It was pretty neat and I was happy to help, but it took way longer than 5 minutes, haha. I think though that with computer vision, a lot of the requests aren’t routed to volunteers anymore though.
