We would get them on spaghetti and meat sauce days. And we loved it because the spaghetti was so nauseating due to being consistently overcooked and the sauce having almost no seasoning.

Okay, I think I just answered my own question as to why people love the olive garden breadsticks.
I know it is obviously not the point but:
the olive garden breadsticks thing has to be astroturfing, right? Because that shit is mid as hell. It is barely better than school cafeteria breadsticks. At least red lobster (?) cheddar bay biscuits have flavor.

Heh. I think that was one of the first things I ever went down a rabbit hole to understand on The Internet. And it eventually led me to learn that with just a bit of yoga (which you should do anyway since it is a great way to improve flexibility and general muscle health) you don’t need to remove the rib. Admittedly, I have too much of a “dad bod” and a “beer gut” these days. But… it is totally a thing.
Wooo. Really glad it won and mad props to Bucklew (who is a great bsky follow)
And ignoring the long chain from someone who never even looked at the grpahics of this or old windows games:
Honestly? Qud might be one of the best Steam Deck experiences out there. No, I don’t know how that happened either. But the UI and graphics scale perfectly (after a lot of work by the devs) and the game is shockingly gamepad friendly. And with it being one of the weirdest AND most approachable roguelikes out there (come at me Berlin), it maps perfectly towards quick sessions.
