It might not be updated to the same version but you should be able to download Terraria from somewhere else (lots of options) and not have it depend on Google Play Services.
No idea. They started using some kind of really flawed captcha years ago that made it impossible for me to access my account. I emailed them to delete it since I wouldn’t be able to play my purchased games anyway and they didn’t comply. I wouldn’t give them another cent even if they merged with Jesus Christ himself.

Nothing a One Wish Willow stick can’t fix, right?
My partner and I genuinely had a lot of fun watching this movie. It was a refreshing take on the possession tropes, had awesome lighting and a great HISHE parody to top it off 👌.

If only I was as fit as her. 🥲
Context: Sincere praise and envy coming from someone struggling to get in better shape because of serious health issues.

You could read a little about copyright law in different countries to find out how commercial and non-commercial use of copyrighted content works in each one. And if you feel like it and find a bit of spare time after that, come back here and read the comments again. That is if by then you feel qualified to understand them.
Can’t feel any kind of empathy or interest towards anyone or anything under T2I’s umbrella.

It’s not the same thing at all. People here are sharing things they purchased and love, which actually promotes further sales down the road.
Meta, Amazon, Google, Microsoft and all other companies that are highly invested in generative AIs are appropriating copyrighted content, often destroying originals, modifying it to fit their agendas and selling access to their versions for a monthly subscription, while at the same time damaging other industries and the planet. THAT is much closer to piracy and has no generous intent at all.
McDonald’s if the customer’s name was Luigi.
If not, whoever came from Aldi would probably hide, wait it out and take out the remaining Waffle House customer from behind while they’re hyperventilating.

Hey, thanks! I like reading and listening to interviews and finding out who did what. Sadly attribution is not always honored so it’s not always possible without insider info. Live service games are the hardest to keep track of but luckily I find them the least interesting. Devs I’ve spoken to also tend to mention their live service work as a dark period in their career.
A somewhat similar thing happens with movies and neverending series, but it’s usually easier to find who worked on lighting for a single episode than whoever programmed a funny looking NPC’s AI for a seasonal event.

I usually browse sites like MobyGames in search of games made by some of my favorite devs (as in people, not studios or publishers). Keeping track of their work and discovering new talent is what works for me, and I always end up buying whatever I truly wish to keep even if I make a patched backup of the games’ files anyway in case it wasn’t DRM free.

I don’t think it’s incompatible. Piracy, or preservation and generosity as I’d prefer to call it, promotes game sales most of the time. If developers, publishers and storefronts make games accessible, safe to use and easily recoverable as is the case with GOG there’s little reason not to buy them as long as you’ve got the means. If they don’t and you got the know-how, you might feel it’s your duty to fix those games and help others enjoy them as much as you did, and I find that to be much more an act of love than an act of rebellion.

You already answered yourself. Valve provides a very good service and are very pro-consumer when compared to most of their competition. Even though at first Steam had way more cons than pros (without a good internet connection at the time it was mostly an obstacle to play Half Life) it grew to be a mostly positive thing soon and was a lifesaver when Microsoft was pushing for online subscriptions on GFWL.
You might find some pushback if what you’re actually doing is promoting a shitty company like Epic Games with their typical nonsense. If you really want DRM free games buy them from GOG/Itchio/dev’s site or patch the game yourself and simply share your happiness with others.
BTW, among other things, Steam Broadcasting is shamelessly broken since they updated the chat side of their client and they’re apparently not doing anything about it. Praise and criticism where it’s due, they can and should do better.
+1
The least reputable thing would probably be Leawo’s software anyway. There are plenty of better alternatives to use.
Regarding the 4th pargraph, AV software can be “numbed” on Windows if you aren’t careful. I’d recommend Rodrigo a full wipe and OS reinstall and hope for the best.
